SCRUFFY - a local feline urchin.

WIND: I AM THE WIND! THE BIG FAT WIND! THE GINORMOUS STORMOUS WIND! I HAVE BLOWN PEOPLE AWAY! I HAVE BLOWN HOUSES AWAY! I HAVE RAZED MOUNTAINS TO THE GROUND! AND NOW I WILL BLOW YOU AWAY TOO!

SCRUFFY: *Stands about in the garden in the middle of the howling wind scratching himself just generally not giving a shit*.
