Voting for an Unpronounceability

So apparently some guy called Susiloblablayuknowhatnow has been elected as new Indonesian President. He replaces Megawhatthehecksukarnowhointhehell, President for the last four years.

It is said that the length of time between each Indonesian election is directly proportional to the length of time it takes Australian journalists to learn how to pronounce the name of their Presidents. This is expressed in the formula:

L = PT

Where L=Length of Time between Indonesian Elections,

P = A constant (mathematically determined as lying somewhere between 1 and 1.2)

T = Time it takes Australian journalists to learn how to pronounce the name of the President of Indonesia
