An announcement - in which I'll let the Baron do the announcing.
Likewise, my dear Baron, likewise.

You mean all this time you've had a life?
Dang.
Congratulations and good luck to you both!
I see him. About town. In his bloody hat. I see you there, Timothy. Don't think I don't. Because I do.
As I said to the Baron, hurrah! We're so pleased and happy for you both. Love, CH
Thanks y'all. Martin, I've been materialising around town in that hat in strategic locations. Just because I can.
Congrats Tim.
I expect it will help with motivation for your poetry no-end.
I'm not entirely sure what a "merging of empires" means. Should we send presents? Will you jointly now be writing up plans for the invasion of neighbouring blogs and eventual complete domination of the blogosphere?
Anyhow, on the assumption you have made a suitable choice, or a suitable choice has found you, congratulations.
Suitable! (Except for certain incompatibilities on the question of butter.)
On BOTH of your questions, Steve, the answer is 'yes'.
Baron, I plan to do a rewrite of Walt Whitman for the modern day, with the title 'Buttering Joyous Leaves'. It should be a butterly wonderful success.
When did you win the 'Dearest Boy in the World' award? I wasn't even aware that the entries had closed or the judging commenced! I demand a recount!
Goodness me! and Congratulations!
Thanks Tigtog!
I've only just realised, via Ampersand Duck via Still Life with Cat, that you have set out on a life together with another PERSON. Congratulations! I wish you both great joy.
