Off Topic

Yes. Yes it is. So if you're going to comment, try and keep it on topic, okay?

In other words, comments should be on the off topic, or off the on topic, if you know what I mean, and I'm not sure that I do.

Anzac biscuits sure taste nice, don't they?

Ah, I love a good paradox after breakfast. Comment off topic, and you're on topic, except that the topic is off topic, so you're not on topic. Lovely.

Non sequiturs ahoy!

I don't know about non-sequiturs. Pavlov's Cat has a good post up about oxymorons. Those Queenslanders sure are some crazy people, huh?

And while we're talking about nothing in particular, what's your favourite palindrome?

I don't think this ranks very highly in off-topics. In fact, it's not even a tiny bit offensive.

I feel duped.

Not for the first time on this blog, I might add.

Time to reach for the off-topic-switch?

Or is it an off-topic, such as one's latest proctological procedures; varied dysfunctions; familial afflictions &c?

Not meant to be an off-topic in the way that Caz and Nottlesby suggest, however, to stay off topic you could offer a topic that is off, if you know what I mean.

The topic of cancer, anyone? Now THAT'S an off topic!
